Egoamaka Egbe
Longtime Atlanta public relations agency Hope-Beckham Inc. (HBI) announced the recent appointment of Egoamaka Egbe as an account executive. In her role, Egbe will be responsible for securing media coverage for clients in various industries.
Prior to joining Hope-Beckham, Egbe worked as deputy communications director at the Oluponna Educational Resource Centre in Iwo, Nigeria. While there, she exercised her community outreach skills by writing press materials and making presentations to media representatives; representing the organization to the public; and managing all internal, external and crisis communications. She also interned for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and at Marrauche Inc.
Egbe is also an accomplished author, having published two autobiographical self-published books about life as a first-generation American: "The American Life" and "My Lonesome Village."
Egbe is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s college, where she received her bachelor’s degree in political science, and of George Washington University, where she received her master’s in strategic public relations.
