Clearside Biomedical Inc. has signed a new lease for 18,000 square feet at 900 North Point Parkway in Atlanta’s North Fulton submarket. Hunter Henritze of Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) represented the landlord, Equity Office, in the transaction, and Tom Davenport with Lavista Associates Inc. represented the tenant.
