Eight attorneys at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP have made partner, effective Jan. 1, 2017. Five of the new partners are women.
Lanchi Nguyen Bombalier. Ms. Bombalier is a partner in the Healthcare Practice who focuses on providing regulatory counsel for a variety of clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health and hospice agencies, rehabilitation therapy providers, substance abuse treatment centers, and other ancillary service providers.
Jennifer Downs Burgar. Ms. Burgar is a partner in the Healthcare and Food and Drug practices who focuses on compliance, regulatory and operational issues. She advises clients on fraud and abuse issues, federal and state healthcare regulatory compliance, Medicare and Medicaid conditions of participation and reimbursement issues, federal "Sunshine Law" and FDA regulatory compliance, HIPAA compliance and penalty defense, state licensure and permit issues, and due diligence.
Bartow (Bo) B. Duncan, III. Mr. Duncan is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice who has practiced commercial real estate for more than 15 years, covering a broad array of matters, including retail, industrial and office development, and leasing. He is a member of the firm’s Retail Industry Team, primarily representing landlords, tenants, developers, franchisors and franchisees in retail matters.
Jessica Tobin Grozine. Ms. Grozine is a partner in the Healthcare Practice with a focus on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters, representing clients on issues relating to healthcare transactions, operations, compliance, certificate of need, health information privacy, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
Tunrola A. Odelowo. Ms. Odelowo is a partner in the Real Estate Practice who represents owners, developers, equity investors and lenders in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial properties, apartment projects and mixed-use assets across the U.S. She is licensed to practice in Georgia, New York and New Jersey.
W. Jerad Rissler. Mr. Rissler is a partner in the Healthcare and Litigation practices and a member of the firm's Post-Acute Care Industry Group. He counsels clients in healthcare and business disputes, with a particular focus on issues involving government payments and regulatory compliance. Mr. Rissler’s practice includes representation of providers in government investigations and lawsuits involving the False Claims Act.
Jennifer L. Shelfer. Ms. Shelfer is a partner in the Litigation Practice who works on the Business Litigation and Labor and Employment teams. She litigates cases and counsels clients in business and contract disputes and labor and employment matters, including allegations of unfair labor practices, employment discrimination and wage and hour litigation, and has assisted in defending insider trading cases against the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Zach Wilson. Mr. Wilson is a partner in the Tax Practice who focuses on managing the federal income tax effects on partnerships, corporations, tax-exempt organizations, and individuals involved in tax planning related to domestic and international business transactions. He has extensive experience representing real estate private equity funds and real estate investment trusts (REITs) in connection with their formation, and in acquisitions and divestitures.
