Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been selected to lease Live Oak Square, located in Atlanta’s prestigious Buckhead submarket, on behalf of HighBrook Investors, the owner of the building. Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze of Lincoln will oversee the leasing.

Live Oak Square is a 10-story, 200,000-square-foot Class A office building. The building recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation to include an extensive exterior reskin and interior modernization as well upgraded signage throughout the property.
