Quorum Health Corp. Completes Sale of Hospital in Winder, Georgia

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quorum Health Corporation (NYSE: QHC) has closed the transaction for the divestiture of Barrow Regional Medical Center in Winder, Georgia, and its associated assets, to Northeast Georgia Health System. The transfer of Barrow Regional Medical Center to Northeast Georgia Health System will be effective as of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2016.
