Olympia Heights Management has announced that its mixed-use development located at 98 14th Street in Midtown Atlanta has been named Opus Place and that the master plan is being designed by world-class architect and Pritzker Prize-winner Richard Meier. Meier, known in Atlanta for his design of the High Museum, is also the architect of the Getty Center in Los Angeles, the Des Moines Art Center in Iowa and the Jubilee Church in Rome, among many other commissioned works throughout the world.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties’ City Haus Division has been tapped to handle the sales and marketing for No2 Opus Place (No2). The lifestyle-oriented tower, designed by Perkins + Will, will be the tallest, all-residential building in Atlanta, bringing a striking addition to the skyline with unsurpassed views of the city. No2 will also feature an extraordinary array of luxury amenities.

“Opus Place will transform the heart of Midtown, and No2 will be an iconic addition to Atlanta’s skyline,” said Dan Forsman, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. “This highly anticipated high-rise will embrace a lifestyle that will elevate luxury to an unparalleled level in the city,” he added. “With its close proximity to entertainment, the finest cuisines and a world of culture, including the High Museum of Art, the anticipated Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the Woodruff Arts Center, we are confident that No2 Opus Place will be of great interest to buyers.”

New-development guru Louise Sunshine and Paul Sunshine of LMS Consulting, LLC are leading the marketing for the entire 4.5-acre Opus Place project, which will also feature a cultural and commercial pavilion designed by Richard Meier.

“The moment I learned of the vision for the site, I saw it becoming a reality,” stated Sunshine. “Richard and the other team members are creating what Atlanta has been craving over the last decade – a place where the luxury consumer can live, work and play amongst inspired planning, art and innovative architecture.”

Midtown’s newest destination will offer residents a life of architecture, design, art and music. All pieces will come together to create a symphonic whole – an Opus – that is greater than the sum of the parts.

In the last few years, Atlanta has become one of the fastest-growing metropolises. One out of every 10 residents is international, and the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world. A corporate magnet, Atlanta is home to the fourth-highest volume of Fortune 500 company headquarters in the United States.
