Avison Young’s Atlanta office has completed the $5.6 million sale and leaseback of a 16,500-square-foot medical office building located at 4646 North Shallowford Road in Dunwoody, Georgia, a northern suburb of Atlanta.

Progressive Medical, an integrative medical clinic that combines both conventional and more natural (holistic) forms of medicine, has occupied the building since 1998 and has committed to the location with a 12 year lease. Art Waldrop and Sean Moynihan of Avison Young executed the transaction.

The building features 12 examination rooms and has a rehabilitation center on site. Additionally, the property is strategically located in the Central Perimeter submarket with immediate access to I-285.
