Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the management assignment for Royal 400, a three-building, Class B office park located in Alpharetta, Georgia. TerraCap Management LLC, a Florida-based private equity fund manager, owns the property.

TerraCap previously awarded Lincoln leasing and management assignments for several office and industrial properties throughout metro Atlanta including Chastain Center, Huntcrest, Bailey Park and Sugarloaf VI and VII.

Royal 400 totals 137,600 square feet and is located at 3155, 3157 and 3159 Royal Dr., one mile north of North Point Mall. The property is convenient to restaurants, hotels, banks, retail and numerous housing opportunities.
