SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) announces that the leasing team in Atlanta has secured a lease with Asian fusion restaurant, CO at the 675 N. Highland development in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta.

CO will offer a uniquely inspired Pan-Asian menu in a sleek and modern setting, serving banh mi, pho, ramen, dumplings, as well as sushi and their signature cocktails. CO's fresh and modern space will be open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, drinks, and will offer their popular weekday $3, $4, $5 happy hour.

CO was started four years ago in the culinary coastal city of Charleston, SC and has since expanded to Myrtle Beach, Savannah, and Charlotte. Atlanta will be the fifth location for CO, and will be located at the northern endcap of the project near the intersection of North Highland Avenue and Ponce De Leon Avenue. About 675 North Highland Development

The 675 North Highland development is a mixed-use project by Abraham Properties. The development is located in the heart of the Poncey-Highland neighborhood on North Highland Avenue. The project consists of: 125 luxury apartment units, 12,500 square feet of restaurant and retail space with sidewalk dining along North Highland Ave, and 7,500 square feet of storefront retail/office along Blue Ridge Avenue. Restaurant and retail tenants begin opening in November 2016.
