Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle announces the addition of four family law associates. Kimberly “Kimmie” Coleman, Raquel Leibovitch, Renee Neary and Jordan Whitaker will serve the firm’s clients in a range of family law issues, including divorce, division of property, alimony, establishing child support, complex custody litigation, and the negotiation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Coleman is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division and the Family Law and Professional Liability Sections of the State Bar of Georgia, and is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association. In addition, she serves as member of the board of directors for Georgia Close Up, a nonprofit educational organization that encourages responsible participation in the democratic process. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of the South, Sewanee and her law degree from Emory University School of Law.
Leibovitch previously held an externship with Judge Jane C. Barwick at the Superior Court for Fulton County, and was a student attorney at the Barton Child Policy and Legislative Clinic. She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her law degree from Emory University School of Law.
Neary joins Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle from Mayoue Gray Eittreim. She is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia Family Law Section and the Atlanta Bar Association Family Law Section, and is a founding member of the Georgia Asian Pacific Bar Association. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
Whitaker previously served as a law clerk with Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle and completed an externship for the Hon. Reuben Green of the Superior Court of Cobb County. She earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University and her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law.
