Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has brokered a land sale to U-Haul along Avalon Parkway in McDonough, Georgia. U-Haul acquired the 20 acres of land for $1.6 million. Denton Shamburger of Lincoln represented the seller in the transaction.

“Availability of land in Georgia is scarce, and prices are rising for prime locations,” Shamburger said. “However, we believe these are good investments that will provide excellent returns for the investors.”

Avalon Parkway is situated between highway 155 and highway 20 with high visibility from Interstate 75. The 20-acre site located in Henry County is zoned M-1 Industrial.
