Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has secured two new leases and one lease expansion totaling 13,652 square feet at Northwoods Commons, an office park located in Norcross, Georgia. Matt Davis, Jeff Henson and Matt Fergus of Lincoln represented the landlord, Petrus Partners, in the transactions. The details are below:
Progressive Lighting signed a new 5,473-square-foot lease. Price Weaver with Colliers International represented the tenant.
ESMO USA, Corp. signed a new 2,872-square-foot lease. Hugh Rader with CRESA represented the tenant.
Infrastructure Consulting signed a 5,307-square-foot lease expansion.
“Petrus Partners has recently made a significant investment in the property by building creative, high-end spec office suites, and this has contributed to an increase in tenant activity at Northwoods Commons,” Davis said. “We currently have two remaining move-in ready spec suites available and will begin construction on the second round of spec suites very soon.”
The three-building, 100,270-square-foot office park features Class A finishes, 14-foot clear ceiling heights, attractive landscaping, frontage on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and proximity to a variety of restaurants, banks, hotels and golf courses.
