The Ellis Hotel, downtown Atlanta’s only independent boutique hotel, is announcing its three new festive menu packages for those planning holiday parties of all styles – from plated dinners to buffets to butler-passed hors d’oeuvres.
The Ellis is discounting all menu packages by $10 per person for parties held on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights in November or December 2016. In order to receive this discounted price, parties must be booked by October 15, 2016.
For a less stressful and more convenient party planning experience, the executive chef has created three new pre-fixe holiday menu packages. All menus feature fresh, sustainable and farm-to-table fare provided by The Ellis’ own Terrace Bistro, including beef short rib, braised lamb shank, beef tender steak, seared Scottish salmon, goat cheese fritters and Tuscan kale and white bean soup.

Discounted holiday menu packages include:
- $45 Per Person Butler-Passed Hors D’oeuvres Package ($55 per person after October 15, 2016):Includes a choice of four (4) butler-passed hors d’oeuvres and two hours of hosted, premium bar.
- $55 Per Person Dinner Buffet Package ($65 per person after October 15, 2016):Includes a choice of one salad, two sides, dessert station, non-alcoholic beverage station, one hour of holiday champagne & wine bar and hors d’oeuvres.
- $65 Per Person Plated Dinner Package ($75 per person after October 15, 2016): Includes one hour of butler passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a seated, plated dinner with a first course starter, entrée and dessert station.
NOTE: Room rental, service charges and tax have additional fees.
The Ellis Hotel features two chic and accommodating event spaces, which recently received $700,000 in renovations. The two event rooms – Stoddard and Carnegie – can host a seated, plated holiday gathering for up to 64 people or a reception style party for up to 100 people.
