Avison Young’s Atlanta office has arranged a $14 million sale of Royal 400, which is comprised of three single-story buildings within a multi-tenant office park located in the heart of Alpharetta. The three buildings total 137,600 square feet and sit on approximately 22.92 acres. Matt Tritschler, Steve Morgan and Stephanie Marion of Avison Young represented the seller, NNN Royal 400 LLC, in the transaction.

Built in 1997, Royal 400 is currently 80.5 percent leased to a desirable lineup of national and regional tenants. The Property is strategically located in the North Fulton Office Market with immediate access to North Point Parkway and GA-400.
