CBRE Arranges $720 Million Sale and $500 Million Financing for Southeast Multifamily Portfolio

CBRE has arranged a $720 million-plus sale and $500 million acquisition financing for the Southeast Residential Portfolio from an affiliate of DRA Advisors to Strata Equity Group.

The portfolio includes 24 properties throughout the Southeast, including Georgia, and is one of the largest multifamily transactions of 2016.
