Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry announces the addition of Mary Claire Smith as an Atlanta-based associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice. Her arrival follows the firm’s recent announcement of the Atlanta office’s relocation.
Smith brings more than five years of experience in litigation. She guides clients in state and federal administrative and court proceedings at the trial and appellate levels, and supports the firm’s Labor & Employment practice in a wide range of matters from employment discrimination and sexual harassment to restrictive covenants and other employment matters including collective and class action suits.
Outside of the firm, Smith is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association’s Council of Younger Lawyers.
Smith earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and her law degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law.
