Atmasphere, a purpose-driven lifestyle studio practicing mindfulness through yoga, cycle and meditation, will debut a fresh fall lineup of FREE “Atma WOW” classes, limited-time deals, member challenges and more this October!

Members and guests can now enjoy ATMA | Sphere, the most recent addition to the regular class schedule. The 60-minute fusion class is the complete mind, body and soul experience featuring 30 minutes of cycle and 30 minutes of yoga/meditation. According to the 2016 Yoga in America Study, approximately 79 percent of yogis compliment their practices with other forms of exercise such as running, cycling and weight lifting. Offered Sundays at 4:15 p.m., Atmasphere is currently the only studio in Atlanta where guests can find a cycle/yoga/mediation fusion class!

Throughout the month of October, Atmasphere will offer all ATMA | Ride classes for free. The studio will also host a 50 percent off summer retail blowout sale every weekend of the month, featuring items from top fitness brands such as Spiritual Gangster, Onzie and more!

Every Tuesday from 7–8:15 p.m.

Take in the sunset, breathe and flow freely with this outdoor vinyasa class. Limited amount of yoga mats will be available, so guests are encouraged to BYOM (bring your own mat) and enjoy an unforgettable experience with Sound Off wireless headphones. 

Breast Cancer Awareness Give Pink Yoga Class at Bloomingdale’s*

Saturday, October 8 from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.; yoga class from 8:30-9:45 a.m.

*$10 reservation fee

Shop and flow for a good cause with Bloomingdale’s Give Pink Yoga event benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation®, Marisa Acocella Marchetto Foundation and Carey Foundation. Saturday, October 8 from 1:00-2:30 p.m.

Learn how to fly by incorporating arm balances and inversions into your flow with this 90 minute hip-hop themed inversion class.

Sunday, October 16 from 1:00-2:30 p.m.  

Calling all dog lovers! Join Atmasphere and Atlanta Animal Rescue for a 45-minute vinyasa flow class followed by puppy play time and furry-friend adoptions (mats down at 1:30 p.m.). 

BUTI Glow Breast Cancer Awareness Class

Friday, October 21 from 6-8 p.m.

Body paint, black lights and BUTI! Enjoy a 60-minute introduction of the foundations of BUTI yoga, followed by 60 minutes of the practice characterized by its fusion of primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement (beginners welcome!).

Halloween Glow ATMA I Sphere Class

Friday, October 28 from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Get BOO-ving to Halloween classic tunes with 30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of yoga and meditation! The best costume will win a special ATMA prize at the end of class.

Monday, October 31 from 4-9 p.m.

Grab your best costume and head to the ‘sphere for spook-tacular Halloween fun and flow! Enjoy vinyasa classes at 6 p.m. and/or 7:15 p.m., a SoundOff wireless headphone silent disco and a haunted studio filled with zombie yogis and cycle vamps! Prizes will be awarded for Best Costume, Spookiest Costume and Most Creative Costume.
