Pajunk Medical Systems LP has signed a 6,154-square-foot lease expansion at Bay Colony, a flex industrial property building located in Norcross, Georgia, and now occupies a total of 15,462 square feet. In conjunction with the expansion, Pajunk Medical Systems LP has extended their lease term for an additional five years.

George Gwaltney and Denton Shamburger of Lincoln Property Company Southeast represented the landlord, Equity Office, in the transaction.
