Paul Share has been named a “40 under 40” award winner by the Commercial Finance Association (CFA) in its inaugural program. Share is a managing director and shareholder of Conway MacKenzie Inc., a financial advisory firm, and is based out of its Atlanta regional office.

The CFA 40 under 40 Awards, to be held on September 22 in New York City, will honor the achievements of young commercial finance professionals and service providers from across the industry and encourage the top performers making an impact on asset-based lending, factoring and trade finance. In addition, the winners will be featured in the September issue of Secured Lender magazine.

Share’s interim management, turnaround, crisis management, bankruptcy and restructuring expertise spans a variety of industries. Further expertise includes working with senior management, secured lenders, unsecured creditors and equity owners to develop and implement operational and financial restructuring strategies to improve performance, increase liquidity, and maximize recovery value.

He has published articles in leading industry publications and speaks at events on general corporate renewal matters.

Share received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at The University of Florida through a challenging joint degree program. He is an active Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is also a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
