Zach Bowyer, MAI, managing director and seniors housing practice leader at CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services, will be moderating a panel on the regional outlook for seniors housing development at the 3rd Annual InterFace Seniors Housing Southeast Forum on August 25th it was announced today.
The Annual InterFace Seniors Housing Southeast Forum will focus on the state of seniors housing investment, development, financing and operations across markets in the Southeast. The investment forum will take placeat the Westin Buckhead in Atlanta and includes an impressive roster of nationally recognized speakers.
