GDS Maintains Its Presence Amid Exciting Growth in Northwest Submarket
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that its Office Tenant Representation team once again assisted a long-time client, GDS Associates, Inc. in renewing its lease at Two Parkway Center in Marietta.
Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director Gary Waddell and Senior Associate Laura Stephens represented the 30-year-old, nationally recognized engineering consulting firm in the 30,219-square-foot renewal. The landlord of the property is Fairlead Commercial Real Estate.
“GDS examined several office location alternatives in the Northwest submarket, and considered the potential impacts of the ongoing high-profile development in that area, including the new Braves stadium coming online in the next year,” Waddell said. “It’s a convenient location for GDS, with easy access to the interstate, reasonable commute times for its associates, whether they live in town or in the suburbs, and recently updated building amenities.”
“After thoroughly reviewing our options, we are pleased to again stay at Two Parkway Center, the place we’ve called home for the past 29 years,” said GDS Chief Financial Officer, Dan Heller.
