Prior to joining Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, the energetic, detail-oriented real estate professional has worked with a number of new home builders in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, including Paran Homes, Wilson Parker Homes, and Drake Realty.

She also has extensive experience working on the property management side of the housing industry with Daymark Residential where, among many other responsibilities, she handled (pre-)leasing a community of more than 275 units.

Although she grew up in Ohio, Denice has made her home in Lithonia where she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
