Sugarloaf Mills, a Simon shopping, entertainment and dining destination, announced today H & M, Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M), one of the world’s largest fashion retailers famous for offering fashion-forward apparel at affordable prices in a sustainable way, is set to open in the spring of 2017. H&M will join the center’s extensive retail roster of over 180 retailers, including recently opened Breathe Beauty LA (BBLA), Windsor Fashions, No Grease and Positive Gear, along with ViVi Boutique and Pink Clove set to open later this summer.

Measuring approximately at 20,000 square feet, H&M will open in Neighborhood 2 near Neiman Marcus Last Call. The store will offer area residents a one-stop shopping destination for quality clothing for the whole family, with collections for ladies and men, as well as separate “store within a store” sections for accessories. The location will also carry H&M’s children’s collection for newborns to fourteen year olds. The breadth and variety of H&M collections make it easier for any consumer to find fashionable products, no matter their personal style. ViVi Boutique, a shop offering quality junior apparel, will open its doors this July. Located in Neighborhood 4, the boutique will occupy a 2,745 square-foot space next to Just 4 Divas.
Pink Clove will relocate to Neighborhood 4 this August. Pink Clove has the latest in teen and young professional casual, business and party wear, along with an array of accessory options to match. The retailer occupies a 2,795 square-foot space.
Windsor Fashions, specializing in formalwear, shoes and accessories for women, opened in Neighborhood 5 earlier this month. Located in a 4,908 square-foot space, shoppers will find a selection of designer and fashion dress options for every occasion, from homecoming and graduation to cocktail and wedding. The store cites a mission to create an oasis that inspires and empowers women.
Men, women and children seeking a fresh spring look can now visit No Grease Barber Shop in Neighborhood 4. Located in a 1,000 square-foot space near Dave & Buster’s, No Grease is a one-stop shop for grooming services including cuts, shaves, facials and more.
BBLA opened its doors earlier this year in Neighborhood 2 next to Nine West Outlet. The full-service cosmetics and skin care studio now occupies almost 2,000 square-foot space.
Rounding out the diverse selection of recently added retailers at Sugarloaf Mills, Positive Gear is now open. The store seeks to spread positivism among shoppers through design with its customizable apparel and uplifting, inspirational quotes.
