Jason E. Bring
Jason E. Bring, a partner in the Healthcare and Litigation practices at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, is the new chair of the American Health Care Association’s Post-Acute and Long Term Services (PALS) Practice Group, effective July 1.
PALS provides a national forum for long-term care attorneys to discuss legal trends, regulatory policy, and operational and transactional issues. Mr. Bring formerly was vice-chair of PALS.
At AGG, Mr. Bring leads the firm’s Long-Term Care Industry Team, which focuses on addressing legal issues of prime concern to long-term care providers.
Mr. Bring represents nursing homes, hospitals, hospice providers and other institutional providers in litigation, governmental investigations, regulatory compliance and administrative disputes.
He defends providers in False Claims Act (whistleblower) cases and nursing homes against liability claims, and represents providers in certificate of need (CON) matters. Mr. Bring also pursues administrative appeals on behalf of providers to recover and maximize reimbursement under the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Mr. Bring serves on the Georgia Hospice & Palliative Care Organization’s Board of Directors.
