CBRE’s South Florida Capital Markets Team arranged a $21.1 million loan to refinance Davinci Court, two Class A office buildings totaling 201,817 square feet in the heart of the highly affluent, walkable Peachtree Corners suburb of Atlanta, Georgia.

Christian Lee, Amy Julian and José Lobón of CBRE’s Miami, Florida office arranged the refinancing on behalf of Banyan Street Capital and PCCP. NXT Capital provided the floating rate loan with a term of three years plus extension options.

A recently approved 20.6-acre Town Center, across the street from the property, will add at least 10 restaurants, numerous retail shops, a theater, 70 townhomes and 2 acres of green space. Davinci Court is well positioned to take advantage of the expanding amenity base and improving market fundamentals as it continues to strengthen its tenant roster,” said Ms. Julian, CBRE Vice President.
