CBRE’s Capital Markets team announced the sale of Veranda Estates Apartments and Veranda Knolls Apartments, apartment communities in Peachtree Corners, Ga. CBRE’s Kevin Geiger and Shea Campbell of the Southeast Multifamily Group exclusively represented the seller, White Oak Partners.

Brookline Investment Group, a family firm based in Southern California, acquired the properties. Located at 6516 Spalding Drive and 100 Ivy Park Lane, both properties are in an area that is on the rise and is considered very desirable.

Veranda Estates and Veranda Knolls offer residents large patios, elaborate interior features and town-home style entrances. It is strategically located by neighboring Technology Park Atlanta, an economic engine for the area housing more than 500 technology and creative companies.
