REALTORS® Shelley Call and Kim Nolte have joined Lennar Atlanta, the fast-growing division of Lennar (NYSE:LEN), as new home consultants.

Since Lennar Atlanta started building in the metro area in 2010, the company has completed over 2,000 homes in more than 40 residential communities, primarily across Atlanta’s northern crescent, and additional neighborhoods are slated to open this year.

Kim Nolte of Roswell grew up in Rome, Georgia and obtained her BS Degree in Childhood Development from the University of Georgia. Before joining Lennar Atlanta as a new home consultant, she worked as an award-winning marketing representative with Haven at Avalon. “To be part of this successful national residential building company is an outstanding opportunity for me, and I look forward to working with a variety of homebuyers, from single professionals to growing families,” Kim says. She enjoys discovering fabulous new restaurants and visiting locations of some of her favorite historical fiction novels.
