“Natalie has a tremendous eye for detail,” says Tawanna Evans, Closing/Post Closing Team Lead at PrivatePlus, “which was a great benefit in her previous work in fashion and is a vital asset to her current role.

Originally from Stuart, Florida, she studied Fashion Merchandising at the International Fine Arts College in Miami before moving to Georgia. “I was visiting a friend in Atlanta in 1998 and fell in love with the city,” she says. “I immediately went home and packed my bags.”

Patterson began working in the mortgage industry in 2005, learning all aspects of loan origination. “I love what I do and try to make the most out of every day and learn from everyone that I meet.”

She lives in Smyrna with her husband Jabaar, their three beautiful children McKenzie, Blue and Brick, as well as a rescued Lab/Shepherd named Stella.
