“Adrienne has considerable experience in the mortgage industry,” says Mary Hardy, Vice President of Operations at PrivatePlus, “as well as expertise in the many different varieties of loans we offer.”

With over thirty-five years’ experience, Smith has provided mortgage underwriting, compliance, and quality control assistance throughout Georgia and Florida. “My ultimate goal is to help borrowers obtain their dream of home ownership,” she says.

Smith holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, an Associates of Arts Degree in Health Care Management and various professional business certifications. While working in the field of healthcare, Smith received certification as a rehabilitation aide, a nursing assistant and a medical assistant.

Smith lives in Decatur and is married with two children, one granddaughter, and her wonderful Christmas gift, a pitbull puppy named Toshi. In her free time, she enjoys singing, dancing and traveling with her husband.
