Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Amy Fuchs as the new branch manager of the company’s Sandy Springs office, where she will lead over 80 independent sales associates.

Fuchs became a licensed Realtor in 2013 and affiliated with the John’s Creek office. Since then, she has completed Coldwell Banker’s leadership development course and has put the tools she acquired from that training to work and developed a successful real estate career.  In 2013, Fuchs was named #1 Rookie of the Year of the Million Dollar Club by the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS®.

Prior to a career in real estate, Fuchs worked on the Glover Kerbey Wealth Management team specializing in Private Wealth Management and 1031 Real Estate Exchanges from 2006 until 2011. From 2011 until 2013, Fuchs worked for UBS Financial Services focusing on assisting the management of ultra-high net worth clients.

Fuchs is originally from Connecticut and graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Speech Communication in 1989. She has lived in the Atlanta area for 11 years with her husband, daughter and son.
