The Lexington, Kentucky, experiential mixed-use development prepares for March 2017 opening

The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, Kentucky, is adding the renowned Blue Sushi Sake Grill to its diverse restaurant line up. When the $156 million experiential mixed-use development opens in March 2017, it will offer unparalleled dining options that include a curated collection of nationally recognized restaurants and a chef-inspired food hall.

Blue Sushi Sake Grill joins James Beard award-winning Chef Ouita Michel who is creating a new concept restaurant, as well as other noted restaurant brands such as Shake Shack and J.Alexander’s. There is also a food hall, whimsically named The Barn, with chef-driven establishments.
